At 18,216 square feet, the Grand Floridian ballroom is ideal for banquets and receptions of up to 2,000 guests. For breakout sessions and smaller groups, the ballroom can be divided into nine sections with six separate salon-style meeting rooms accommodating between 40 and 300 guests.

For groups between 40 and 580, the St. Augustine Hall offers maximum flexibility. This 5,858-square-foot space can be used in its entirety or divided in up to four more intimate meeting rooms.

When it comes time to make a statement, the octagon-shaped Whitehall sets the stage for intimate events of up to 150. An elegant crystal chandelier centers the room, which leads to a scenic outdoor terrace.

A tranquil enclave for small group meetings and intimate gatherings, Key West is also ideally suited for additional planner office space or a speaker-ready room.
